Having worked in both retail in trading & commercial teams (Morrisons), as well as sales, operations & marketing (Unilever, Dairy Crest, General Mills, Camelot, BBC) he has a background of improving margin, sales, market share & negotiating joint business plans from both a retailer & supplier perspective. Having lead teams across Food, Non Food, Lottery, Pharmaceutical & Home Entertainment, has a wealth of experience leading & developing teams in the UK, US & EMEA. From Multinational Global Sales & Manufacturing Operations as well as start up & smaller SME businesses. Working with all retailers from Board to Buyer level, has an an energetic yet processed approach to change, leadership & advocate for new ways of learning. He holds degrees in BA Hons in Economics & Business & an MA in Strategic Decision making, whilst being a family man with 3 children, still finds time to play rugby & run .
