Richard is an executive level leader with blue chip experience on both the supplier and retailer sides of the table. His career has been spent successfully and sustainably driving top line growth and bottom line margin expansion in a range of companies, including Procter & Gamble, Kellogg and RB, and across multiple geographies including Western Europe, Central & Eastern Europe, North America and Latin America. His FMCG experience has given him access to the biggest global / local food retailers and buying groups, and an in depth understanding of national and international negotiations, retailer engagement, business strategy, trade marketing and brand management. Most recently, Richard served on the Board of Boots UK & ROI as their VP and Trading Director leading all commercial activities across business strategy, buying, ranging, initiative and innovation management, category management, seasonal and trading finance. Richard has an Honours degree in Economics & Economic History from Bristol University.
